    All global settings. List of the tabs. The possibly orange framed tab is opened on startup. Moves the selected tab upwards (equals to the left on the today screen). Moves the selected tab downwards (equals to the right on the today screen). Allows the modification of the selected tab. Adds a new tab. Deletes the selected tab with its contents. Converts the selected tab to a combinded tab. So you can later add tabs to an existing tab, without the need of creating a new combined tab with the same content.     Creates a new set of symbols. In the next step, you can add symbols. Integrates a today plugin in UltimateLaunch. Creates a tab, which shows multiple tabs at the same time. In the next step, you can add the specific tabs. Description:

    Distance in pixels, which is left blank at the right hand and left hand side of UltimateLaunch. Distance in pixels to the next and previous tody plugins. Transparency of UltimateLaunch in the normal view (0=opaque, ..., 100=completely transparent). Transparency when UltimateLaunch is minimized, i.e. no tabs are displayed. Sets a fixed unchangeable height for UltimateLaunch. So you can avoid scrollbars on the today screen. Colorizes the Background of a tab to have a higher contrast to the background. Optionally or additionally, you can also blur the background. The result is similar to the bluring and colorizing of Windows Vista. Alternatively the tab headers can be displayed at the bottom. Opens the dialog for choosing an XP icon, which is shown behind symbols, while navigating with the hardware keys. Restores the normal selection, instead of the XP icon.     The kind of animation for the tab change with gestures (i.e sliding to the left or right with the finger). The kind of animation for the tab change by directly clicking the tab or using the hardware keys. Duration of an animation in milliseconds. If this value is 0, animations are deactivated. The maximum value is 4000 (4 seconds). Select if the animation should slow down to the end or fasten up or have a constant speed. Color behind the cube. Only visible, during the rotation of the cube. If selected, the line color of the today screen will be used for the background. Description:

    Height of the tab headers in pixels. Also specifies the symbol size in the tab headers. The next smaller icons are used, i.e. if you set the height to 32 pixels, then the images of 32 pixels will be used, but if you set it to 30 pixels, the next smaller standard icon size is 24 pixels. If the icons doesn't contain a smaller icon, nothing is displayed. Number of simultainiously displayed tab headers. Specifies if the tab headers should be surrounded by lines. Makes all tab headers, despite of the active one, slightly transparent. Makes all tab headers, despite of the active one, slighly blurred. Sets the header text color of the active tab. Sets the title text color of inactive tabs. Uses the standard todady screen colors of the current theme. Backgroundcolor for the header of the current tab.     Makes sure, that UltimateLaunch uses only the space, it realy needs on the today screen. When switching to a larger tab, there is a short time delay, before it is completely displayed. Makes sure, that the tab headers are not moved, when switching the tabs with gestures. The header for the current tab will then possibly not always be visible. Intuitiv: slide into the direction of the tab, you want to switch to<br>Logic: slido into the opposite direction, like you should have to do with a real cube Also switches the tabs, when navigating through the tabs with the hardware keys. If activated, it is automatically switched to the default tab after the specified time. Distance, you have to slide with the finger to the left hand or right hand side, to activate a gesture action. For example at 50%, you have to slide half the screen. Distance, you have to slide with the finger upwards or downwards, to activate a gesture action.     Font size in pixels, for the text in the tab headers. Font face fot the text in the tab headers. (Bit3 is a good font for very small sizes) Here you can deactivate the surrounding of text with a second color. Description:

    Switches between the settings for normal and pushed display of XP icons.<br>The settings for normal icons are also responsible for the icons in tab headers (beside the icons size). Size of the icons. If the specified size is not existing in the icon, it'll be used the next smaller icon, if no smaller icon exists, nothing is displayed (but "Error" is shown in the configuration program). Converts the icons to grayscale. Scales the corresponding color or transparency of all pixels in the icon by the specified percent value. (Multiplication) Changes the corresponding color or transparency of all pixels in the icon by the specified percent value. (Addition or Subtraction if negative) Opens a temporary icon to see the effect of the settings. Refreshes the preview icon, so the effect of the current settings are visible.     Hint:
    If you change these options, the start of UltimateLaunch is slightly delayed, because of the one-time conversation of the pixel data of the icons. The default values are:
    Grayscale: not selected
    Brightness: 100% 100% 100% 100%
    Color: 0 0 0 0

    common settings for tabs

    Title for the tab. The title is displayed at the top boundary of UltimateLaunch along with the icon. Enables the selection of an XP icon. Removes the icon, if one was selected previously. Preview of the selected icon. Margin left and right, which is not occupied by the tab. Margin at the top and bottom of the tab. If selected, this is the startup tab, which is shown when UltimateLaunch is started or any changes are made with the configuration program. Description:

    Hint:
    If tab headers are visible, there should at least an label or an XP icon be specified.
    You need not to do that if the tab is one of a combined tab, but with labels you have a better overview in the configuration program.

    settings for today plugin tabs

    Select the today plugin which should be shown on the tab. To avoid faulty input, you can disable gestures for today plugins. This should also be done, if gestures doesn't work with some today plugin. This is the duration within the gesture has to be completed on an external today plugin. For a technical reason input is delayed by this value, if you push&hold on the plugin, e.g for the context menu of this plugin. Normal "clicks" are not delayed. Loads the plugin at startup of UltimateLaunch, so later it is displayed immediately. Unloads the today plugin, if it's not visible, to save memory. Description:

    settings for combined tabs

    The "sub tabs" of combined tabs are created and modiefied with the same user interface as the "main tabs", see gloabl settings -> tabs (first image).

    settings for shortcuts & status

    List of shortcuts, state and margin items, which are displayed on this tab.<br>The item "error" will effect that this item will not be visible on the today screen. In this case, there often has an icon to be specified, for this purpose select the item and click on "change". Moves the selected item one entry upwards in the list. Moves the selected item one entry downwards in the list. Shows a dialog with settings for the selected item. Opens a windows for selecting the new item (shortcut, state, seperator or margin). Deletes the selected item. It will not be shown on the tab anymore. Description:

    Adds a new XP icon. If choosing "with text", you can also add some text for the icon. Adds a new program icon. You can select any file, whose icon is then displayed. If choosing "with text", you can also add some text for the icon. Adds a new text, which is displayes without an icon. Adds an analog clock. Adds an XP icon with information about the battery state. Adds a seperator. Adds a placeholder or line break. Description:

    The items can be arranged relative to the left border, the right border or can be centered horizontally. If the icons in this tab should not have the default size (as globally specified at <i>XP-Icon options</i>), you can give them a different size here, which affect only this tab. Margin arround an icon, so they are not so squeezed, when having not as many icons for a clear view. If the pushed icons have the same size as normal icons, you can set a distance, by which pushed icons are moved. see description All items on this tab will have the same size. So icons with text of different length are arranged exactly on top of each other and are not unsightly displaced. Color for text at icons, one color for the text itself, another for its sorrounding. Uses the standard tody screen color of the current theme. Description:

    settings for XP icons

    Preview for the XP icon in the normal view. Preview for the XP icon in the pushed view. Enables the selection of an XP icon. If desired, there can a different XP icon be used for the pushed view. If the XP icon should have a different size, than specified by the symbolfield or globally, you can set this icon specific size here. Description:

    settings for program icons

    Path to the file, whose icon should be displayed. Opens the dialof for a file selection. Previwe of the icon for the selected file. Description:

    settings for text

    Enter additional text for the icon here. Description:

    settings for analog clock

    Opens the dialog for the XP icon selection, which is used for the background of the analog clock. Removes the XP icon, so the standard lines are used. Preview of the selected XP icon for the background. Color of the corresponding hand and the hour points (if no background icon is specified). Width in pixels of the corresponding hand and the hour points. Length of the hand in percent of the radius. If the length of the second hand is set to 0%, it is not displayed. Interval for refreshing the clock. If no second hand is displayed (Length for seconds = 0%), this value should be set to slightly less than 60000 (equals one minute). Sets the size of the clock, if it should not have the standard size for this tab or the globally specified size. Description:

    settings for battery

    Select, which information about the battery should be displayed. Description:

    settings for margin/linebreak

    Specifies if a line break should happen or if just the specified rectangular area should be left blank. If it is not a line break, you can specifiy the width of the blank area. Height of the blank area or the additional margin for a line break. The height can also be 0 if just a horizontal space should be left blank. Shows a rectangle to visualize the recatgular area. If everything is correct, it can again be disabled. Description:

    settings for seperator

    Shows the text obove the line. Shows the text on the line. Shows the text under the line. Margin of the text from the left or right, depending on the alignment. Optionally sourrounds the line and the text. The text colors of the tab are used for this. Description:

    settings for command

    The program or command, which is executed when tipping on the symbol.<br><b>Important:</b> only specify the program here, for parameters there is a seperate text field below. Opens the dialog with the choice of selectiong an exe file, a shortcut or an arbitrary file. Pramaters for the program or command. In the image is a telephone number (which is to be called) passed to the program MakeCall. Description:

    file open - dialog

    Shows the path of the current folder. Goes one folder back/upwards. Shows the folder and subfolder or memory cards. A click is enough to open the folder, Shows the files in the selected folder. A click is enough tio open the file. Shows the file extension for the selectable files. Description:
